New Science project

The brief was to create a magazine cover for the New
Science publisher. The theme was open to interpretation
so I subsequently decided to focus on Artificial
Intelligence.

Taking inspiration form popular science fiction I
produced a number of sketches that would be used
as the centre piece of the cover.

I decided on two sketches I
wanted to develop digitally
for the final outcome. This
was the robotic hand and
the human face with robotic
components.

The robotic hand illustration created
on Adobe illustrator. 

For the illustration of the robotic
face I experimented with different
colours and finally decided upon a
vibrant pink as it highlighted the
detail of the piece.
